Review Existing Company Documentation
During the site inspection your consultant will take time to review any health and safety related documentation that is made available for review. The review will highlight any areas that require your attention. This will include (not limited to):
- Health and Safety Management system
- Equipment maintenance, inspection, examination records
- Training records
- Any enforcement notices
Alignment of interim documentation to policies and procedures
Where necessary when taking on a new client with existing policies and procedures that have been embedded into the business operating systems Kingfisher will also review company produced documentation and advise with regard to compliance/acceptability, and ensure integration into our systems where feasible.
