That’s why as part of our contracts service, a meeting is included, we will come to your premises and discuss your contract requirements and our recommendations face to face if you wish.
During your service with us you will also be entitled to a review of your employment documentation to ensure you remain up to date.
In addition, we provide you with an electronic copy the Kingfisher’s Guide for Employers. This is great tool for any employer, in which day to day employment related issues are explained in more detail. It also contains the most frequently used forms and templates. Whilst this is not intended to be a substitute for our Advice and Support Service, it is a useful point of reference for a busy employer.
